• Pre-Production

  Concept Development

  The first step in any animation or motion graphics project is to develop a clear concept. This involves and in-depth ideas discussion, defining your target audience and establishing the message or story you want to convey.

  Scriptwriting

  Once the concept is in a place, a script is written to outline the narrative or key points. This serves as a blueprint for the visuals and helps guide the animation process

  Storyboarding

  Storyboarding involves creating a series of sketches that map out the visual flow of the animation. This step helps visualise how scenes will transition and ensures a coherent narrative structure.

  Design

  In this phase, character designs, backgrounds and other visual elements are created.

  Production

  This is where the actual animation happens. Depending on the style.

  2D Animation: Involves frame-by-frame drawing or digital creation

  3D Animation: Involves modelling, rigging and animating characters and objects in a virtual environment.

  Motion graphics: Combines text and graphics to create engaging visual content.

  Post-Production

  Editing, the animation is edited to ensure smooth transitions, pacing and overall coherence. This is where final arrangement of scenes takes place.

  Visual Effects

  Additional visual effects may be added to enhance the animation, including colour grading, particle effects, or any other finishing touches that elevate the visual quality.

  Final Review

  Before the project is finalised, a through review is conducted to catch any errors or inconsistencies.

  Exporting

  The final animation is rendered and exported in the desired format for distribution, whether for online platforms, television or film.
