PROJECT BRIEF

Ecomotive Logistics are a vehicle delivery company offering both driven and transported services to end users, dealer to dealer and demonstrator vehicle movement. They required two videos to promote their driver recruitment campaign and to highlight the large team based in Leicestershire. They approached Mediabox Productions for help in promoting their services and we were happy to offer initial consultation, followed by location filming and a quick turnaround edit.

THE CHALLENGE

The team at Ecomotive needed a video to promote their expansion and recruitment for new drivers to complement their already impressive fleet of transport and car delivery drivers. They wanted to capture driver comments and how the different departments help to ensure each driver receives intensive training and each customer receives the highest quality experience.

THE SOLUTION

After discussion with their team and ours, we decided that the best approach would be to create two separate videos. One video would focus on the recruitment drive and campaign for enlisting new drivers and the other video would promote the company and the many departments involved in the smooth daily running of the company. Following a days recce on location we arranged a suitable filming day and scheduled two drivers who would be available for interview. We then filmed sequences for both videos ensuring that we captured the process, approach and various departments. We then provided a quick turnaround edit to offer approval stage copies for feedback and any changes the team wished us to perform. We wanted each video to have a fast pace and combined this with a professional voice over and royalty free music, to create two videos for the automotive logistics company.
